Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register?
Select 'Register' on the home page to begin and follow the steps to activate your account. This was a new system in 2024, so if you have participated in 2024 or 2025 you can login with your previous account information but if that does not work then please 'Register' as if you are a new participant.
Where is the event?
The event is a one day event at National Ability Center: 1000 Ability Way, Park City, UT 84060.
Parking?
For the 2025/26 winter season, the parking experience at both the Mountain Village and Canyons Village base areas will remain largely the same as previous winter seasons. The Mountain Village base area will operate under a reservation system with elements of paid parking, free parking, and carpooling and transit incentives. In addition, participants may park at any one of the designated park and ride locations around Park City and utilize free public transit to the Park City Mountain Village Base.
Park City Mountain Village requires an advance parking reservation. To reserve, participants must create an account at Park at Park City Mountain. A daily parking fee applies unless you have an ADA permit or are carpooling with four or more people per vehicle.
Please note: reservations are still required for ADA and carpool parking. You may drop participants off in front of the McGrath Mountain Center; however, parking in the roundabout is not permitted. Canyons Village will continue to offer both free and paid parking; however, availability may be limited due to ongoing construction. For the latest resort parking information, please visit the Park at Park City Mountain website.
